Find the item you want. Click on the product and add to cart. Carry on shopping if you want something else. Click Checkout at anytime to see what you've selected, change quantities or remove items. When you are ready to buy, click Checkout and fill the BILLING & SHIPPING address. And click place order button. We'll email you an order confirmation. We'll get your order ready to send - relax and wait for your item!
How To Pay
We accept payment from all banks in Bhutan. You have to send the Journal number or screenshot of payment. Once your payment is confirmed, we will ship the order.
Return policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item, you can return the items in original condition. We will refund 100% of the cost if the item is returned within 7 days after purchase. Return shipping costs must be born by the customer.
Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day. Local holiday and weekend orders are processed the next business day.
All orders will be shipped via Bhutan Post. We offer 2 shipping option. Bhutan Post and Local pickup.
Bhutan Post - We ship parcel through Bhutan post to all Dzongkhags except Thimphu.
Local Pickup – You have to pick up from our store if you are in Thimphu.
You can choose the shipping method while checkout. Shipping cost will be calculated automatically before checkout
